System access
Multiple databases can be accessed simultaneously
Users can log in to the system from any PC on the LAN or WAN
Users can access the system remotely via cable, modem or mobile phone
A user can be logged in simultaneously from multiple PCs
Multiple ACCENTiS logins can be running simultaneously on the same PC
A list of currently logged-in users with database, time of login and PC name can be viewed at any time

Every single function or function group can be protected with access rights for specific users or groups
Access rights include Read, Add, Edit, Delete, and Administer for every available function
Access rights for a group determines access for all members of the group
Access rights for a function group (e.g. Inventory) determines access to all functions in the group
Searches and reports are governed by read access for the relevant function
Administrator permissions allow privileged actions for certain functions
Access control can be modified while the system is in use
