Unlimited resources list
Add unlimited contacts to the HR list.

Manage employees, contractors and other associates
You can add any person to the HR resource list. This makes managing employees, contractors and other people associated with jobs or projects a breeze.

User-definable groups
ACCENTiS Enterprise allows categorising of resources under groups.

User definable resource elements
A contact can have multiple resource elements attributed to them. For example you can specify elements such as licence types, education achievements, certificates, inductions, enterprise bargaining agreements, qualifications, tickets, etc.

Links to employee records
User level permissions determine whether an employees full record can be viewed by HR staff and project management personnel.

Integrated document management
Easily link any of your documents or data files to the associated records. These files can be any file types. As usual, document access is still subject to the Access Control Management policy set by user permissions.
