ACCENTiS product support is provided under the terms and conditions of a current support agreement. If you do not currently have a support agreement with us, feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to work with you to help solve your problem.
While we are always available by phone, we strongly encourage users to direct support questions via email whenever possible. This allows us to thoroughly examine your problem in a timely manner, including searching our own knowledge bases for similar problems and associated solutions.
